Poor engineering on the filter
filter by spout is a great idea but to take it off and try and put it back on is very difficult and you can actually cut yourself when trying to reinstall it. This is an engineering issue and needs to be addressed
The item broke in less than a month, switch/toggle would not turn off once the water had boiled.
Second time around
I absolutely love this kettle. We had one for four years and used multiple times a day. We replaced it because a piece on the top popped off and it wasn’t shutting off automatically. Thousands of uses is very good! Also, my favorite thing about it is how fast it is and that you push the lever up to turn on. It is a safety feature since we had others that push down and they would sometimes get hit by something and start the water boiling. Love this one.

I previously had the same kettle and liked it a lot. I would have hoped it would boil a little quicker but other than that it a good kettle.

Great Kettle for the Price
Easy to see the water level. Easy to open the top. Easy to fill. Heats quickly. Shuts off automatically. For an inexpensive kettle it is perfect.

Works Great!
I've only had this electric kettle for 4 days but it is doing everything it was promised to do. I get my water for tea boiled quickly and without any mess or inconvenience. I hope it continues that way!
