Mushy rice
Unfortunately this rice cooker makes very soft and mushy rice. I had a similar one - different brand before which made great rice. But this one does not. I'm disappointed.
She loves it.
This was a gift for my sister, and she loves it. It is convenient and doesn't take up much counter space.

Easy to use
I received the Hamilton Beach 20 Cup Capacity Cooked Rice Cooker to try and review. It was nicely packaged in its box. I set it up and looked over the directions on how to use it. It was very easy to follow. It has simple settings. I didn't make a lot of rice but it does have the capacity to make quite a bit! It is pretty easy to clean up. It doesn't take long at all to cook. I really like the keep warm setting right after you finish cooking the rice. I can see myself cooking up some great rice side dishes! It has a few little accessories like a little spoon and a measuring cup. I am overall satisfied with how easy it is to use this appliance.

Makes the perfect rice
First I have to mention that it arrived in great condition, with no damage at all, it was well packaged indeed. I tried right away when I received it, it comes with easy to understand instructions and directions. It is a time saver when cooking, It does not require too much prep and I like that. It is a nice looking unit that makes a perfect rice in a breeze, it works fantastically well and it makes a delicious flavor with perfect texture, the size is good for a small or big family. The pot is non-stick, so it is easy to clean after use.

Really excellent
It really is excellent to prepare rice in my Hamilton beach rice cooker I do it easily and quickly I just add the rice, water, salt and a little oil and to enjoy a rich grained rice that accompanies your favorite stews or you can also make many recipes for rice with vegetables and meats and the most fabulous thing about my rice cooker is that there is a steamer that while making rice your vegetables are steaming in a very short time and you will eat very healthy the size is perfect and the elegant and great design I love it and I recommend it
