The gift that never showed!

Looks like an Amazing mixer! I never received mine. A main christmas gift for a teenage boy who loves to cook and I never received it.

Works well but be careful to make sure bowl is locked

Make sure bowl is locked. If you torn on with bowl lock not set, easily bends mechanism inside to lock down arm and no longer works. Should have safety mechanism to keep it from starting without bowl lock engaged.

Horrible customer service

We bought some a new whisk from Hamilton beach direct. The whisk was too big for the bowl. We returned the item and they said their techs found it to be fine, even if it sctratches the bowl. Now they want us to pay shipping to send the part back to us worthless. Hamilton Beach customer support is just horrible. We will never buy anything Hamilton Beach again!!!

The Hamilton Stand Mixer is great with many different functions. I use it for all my baking needs, especially with my breads, no more hand kneading. All my bake goods come out perfect.
