Deffective parts in HB 26031 Flip Belgian Waffle M

The device is poorly made. I have only used the device about 10 times and the Browning control dial knob fell off. the device also is starting to have poor operational smoothness. I would not buy it again. I told the company that I would pay for a new knob and they said that was not possible I had to buy a new waffle maker. Planed obsolescence seems to be what the company wants.
