Bad design

This started leaking water all over the counter 5 months after we bought it. Macys won’t allow us to return it.

Worst Coffee Pot

Box got thrown away by accident wish I had it so I could have gotten my money back. Had to order another coffee pot different brand.

great design poor quality

Unfortunately, there seems to be an ongoing trend with this coffee maker… I’m only doing a review because mine started leaking as well about 6 months after purchase. I’ll be making a warranty claim in the hopes that a different one will not start leaking. I honestly have no other complaints about it though.. great design and love that you can remove the water reservoir.. but either it’s poor quality or a design flaw that seems to cause a leak eventually for some of them… I may suggest even avoiding this model as it seems like a common occurrence… sadly.

Not reliable

After a couple of months of use, it broke. The water is leaking from the container.
