Works great but the sides get worrisomely hot

I like the features of this toaster: variable darkness knob, bagel setting, frozen setting, keep warm setting. But the sides get much too hot for comfort. Be sure to keep this far away from anything combustible, and out of reach of children.

A waste of money.

This is the worst toaster I've ever owned. It has never toasted evenly on both sides of bread. It burns the bread more often than not. The warming feature does not work instead of keeping the toast warm my toast was charred. That was the feature that Drew me to this toaster.

I don't use the toaster often but used it the last 2 days and it has a weird smell & smoke coming from it now I have to purchase another toaster because its passed the deadline to return SMH!!!
