Don’t buy
Over half the coils have stopped working. I’m now past return date and stuck with it!
Toasts Great
This toaster works great and have had no issues with it. My family uses toaster almost on daily basis and no burnt toast or cold toast. Settings are nice and appreciate the removable toaster tray.

Stopped working after 20 uses
Well, after nine months just stopped working. It never made good toast. Just don’t buy. What a rip off.

This unit has a manufacture defect
The electrical cord comes out of the front of the unit and is super short, meaning that in order to plug it on the wall, the plug needs to be directly in front of the unit and you can't see the controles or operate it because it is too close to the wall. Too bad...

Toast burn at the crust
My toast keeps burning on the crust in the center, even at the lowest setting. This is the second one I purchased hoping the second one didn’t do the same, I had the same results. It’s unfortunate there aren’t many slim four slice toasters on the market.

Great toaster
First time purchased 4 slice toaster. Love it. Finally my rye bread slices are fully toasted, not just half. Lol
Uneven Toasting
This toaster is hotter in the middle, than on the sides. If you toast 2 pieces of bread in each slot, the ends of the bread don't get as done as they should. I'm keeping it, because I usually only need one piece in each side, and it's nice to have the option of more.
So far, so good
This toaster is working just fine. It was just what I was looking for. It's hard to find a toaster that can handle bagels and long rye bread. This does and toasts evenly. I would definitely recommend.
