The watch that I bought at Macy's had a scratch. I went back to Macy's to exchange it. They gave me the one from the display, and I told them I wanted a new one. They gave me the option to place the order online and get a new one. I agree, and they placed the order for me to receive it at the store. When I went back to Macy's to pick it up, they gave me the one from the display. I was very clear at the beginning, before placing the new order, that I didn't want the one from the display. The person at Macy's went back to see if they had another one, and they brought me the one I had returned. I decided to request a refund, and the manager was very helpful and helped me with the refund.

Murph 38mm is a great value & quality do-all watch

I wasn't sure of which Murph, 38mm, or 42mm, would be a better fit for my 7" wrist, so I ordered the 42mm first, but that one ended up being too large because of the elongated lugs, resulting into a 52mm lug-to-lug measurement, so I returned it and instead got the mid-size Murph 38mm. That was the right decision. It is a more compact watch that sits better on the wrist. Sometimes it feels even smaller than 38mm, because of its slim case and leather strap. Also, the 38mm comes with a certain degree of AR coating (not present on the 42mm) on the crystal, which reduces the reflection of light and fogginess of the 42mm. Besides, Bloomingdale's Loyalist rewards program is always valuable when making large purchases. Very happy with the Murph 38mm. Thank you!

Loved the movie, Beautiful Watch

When I went to the store to pick up my order, upon inspection of my purchase, the leather was chipped and appeared to be dirty from being on display. If it wasn’t for that, I would’ve loved to keep it but I ultimately returned it at that moment.
