Good but not right color

The set is very nice and quite complete, but unfortunately, the wood base is poorly crafted—I even got a splinter from it. Additionally, the color is not pure white as expected; it’s more of a linen or creamy white shade. This was disappointing since I had carefully chosen kitchen items to match, and this set didn’t coordinate as I had hoped. Unfortunately, I have to keep it because my husband unpacked it and discarded the box before I got home. Despite these issues, it is still a lovely and functional set overall.
