NO PO BOX

Have no clue why this item could not be delivered to a PO Box or when the shipping address was entered it state no P.O. Box deliveries. No robe and still no credit

Blended with so much plastic!

It looks soft and warm from the pictures, but it is neither soft nor warm. It feels like wearing a black trash bag.
