Hood shape could be better

Not a great hoodie, not a bad hoodie. The hood size is on the smaller size for an XL, compared to all of my other (brand/manufacturer) hoodie hoods. Fabric isn't as soft as I hoped, hasn't "worn in" softer yet after a year. For: hanes-ultimate-reg-men-39-s-full-zip-hoodie

Sizing off but quality good

Quality is great but sizing was terrible. I bought two sizes (large and XL) and they were both incredibly big. The large was like a 2X and the XL like a 3X. The guys tried them on and it looked ridiculous. Returned both. Return process was easy.

Bad pocket design - easy to lose cellphone.

I would rate this much higher if the pockets were designed differently. They are not deep enough and anything the size of a wallet or cell phone easily slips out. I cannot remember how many times I have lost my cell phone after it slipped out while getting in and out of the car. One time, it slipped out while I was doing yard work and found it hours later in the rain. It was ruined. So, if you do not care about that defect, then it is a pretty decent hoodie/sweatshirt. But if you are like me and need pockets that your cell phone or wallet will not easily slip out of, then this is not it.
