great quality
This suitcase is lightweight for the size. The wheels are very smooth. The bronze has subtle flecks of gold, which I like.

Poor quality, zipper & wheel broke on first trip
Spinner wheel broke on first flight. Don't be fooled by the beautiful color. Zipper broke on second domestic flight. As a frequent flyer, I hear about Hartmann luggage, and bought this set last year on sale. After one international trip where I had less than 50 pounds in the bag. They claim to be under warranty, but quite frankly it is too big to ship somewhere, and I can't take it back to Macys. There are many other brands at similar or lower prices that are better quality. Complete waste of money.
Durable & Sturdy
We bought five pieces of this luggage set. It is constructed strongly yet has an elegant bronze/gold look. Easy to pick out. Wheels are sturdy . Highly recommend

Love it!!!
I have used it several times and it is amazing because it is like new. The color is amazing and it comes with a garment bag, super classy and nice. It is very durable and it looks very elegant.
Poor quality and design for main zipper
Just returned from taking this suitcase on two long trips to Europe. For the first trip, the bag was fine, albeit scratched quite a bit from baggage handling. For the second trip, upon arrival at my destination, the main zipper split open at the bottom edge. Luckily, my things were packed well so nothing spilled out at baggage claim, and the suitcase was nowhere near overfilled. Upon closer inspection at the hotel I noticed that the zipper is continuous all around the outside edge of the suitcase and due to the design of the fabric panel along the back side it's impossible to 'fix' or reconnect the zipper. It will still zip around to the bottom but without any guarantee that it won't pop open again. I resorted to buying two large straps in order to secure my things inside for the five additional flights. Additionally, the 'Hartman' metal label on the front caught on something during baggage handling and pulled off. Pros: it is super light weight, rolls around easily, and was a perfect size. Cons: can't be trusted to securely stay closed.
