Overnight bag on wheels, wrong dimensions shown

It is tiny, measurements are wrong. I think they took outside measurements, including outer portions of the wheels. Ribs of the suitcase frame significantly protrude into the luggage rendering that side almost entirely unusable for larger clothing items that will not lay flat. Hard shell feels somewhat flimsy, and I do not see how it can survive a check-in experience intact. Cell phone connection is a great idea but there is nothing to hang or attach your cell phone to, so it just hangs in the wind? The handle does not retract smoothly at all, constantly snags coming out. Overall, it looks beautiful but not functional at all. Works like an overnight bag on wheels.

Other occasion to buy:Poor quality and construction

Hartmann isn’t Hartmann anymore

Hartman has been a name associated with the top quality luggage. However, the piece that I purchased does not live up to their reputation. Specifically the handle is poorly constructed and not going to withstand frequent use.

Not a standard Carry On size - TOO SMALL

It's a nice carry on, BUT it's very small - very! I would gamble to say the measurements they provided on their site are incorrect. I didn't even consider keeping it as soon as I opened the box - I returned the piece and purchased an Away carry on.

Perfect luggage for solo female travel to Europe

I am a former nurse and 50+ solo travel content creator and I love this beautiful suitcase. I’ve taken it all over the world, slung it in train racks and rental cars and still looks great. I especially loved it for my Cotswolds winter trip and my month in Tuscany. It’s elegant, isn’t black and packs alot plus withstands me sitting on it to zip it when I overpack on return flights. I wish there was a matching underseat bag to go with it!

Good size carry on.

Nice size carry on, garment bag inside is an added bonus. Lining inside has a little padding plus love the color of the fabric. It’s 4 stars because haven’t use it yet. I will be taking it on my upcoming cruise vacation.
