Flimsy

Seemed extremely flimsy and was concerned it would not withstand airline baggage handling. Given the high price decided it was a poor value and returned it.

Great capacity & lightweight (Love it!)

I'm not a light packer and as far as I'm concerned if you're going to check a bag and wear more than a few outfits (packing for a week, ten days, etc), this is the piece of luggage you want. It's lightweight, moves easily and has huge capacity. I don't need a lot of small compartments - I need volume, I'm an organized packer and this one delivers! Have used this on 5 weeks of travel in the past 3 months and it's been perfect. Am considering the next size down for much shorter trips.

Love the exterior, but interior organization needs help

Love the bag with HUG exception that everything falls out on the side with the double straps. It needs an insert to keep things in place. I have the largest size, would like to buy a medium version. I've asked the Hartmann store on Madison Ave in NYC to research a solution.
