Poorly made
Have had Hartman luggage for thirty years and thought it was time to upgrade. New products are completely inferior to older models and would never withstand the airline abuse

New Luggage
Some instructions on how to unlock it when you first get it would’ve been helpful. I did not know how to move that little button and slide it to the side to get it to open.
