Beautiful and well made

I've taken my 2 suitcases on one long haul trip already and they held up beautifully through 2 long flights. I love being able to identify them as mine when they emerge in baggage claim.

Love Hartman!!! Worthy luggage.

Firstly. Absolutely love Hartman! Been a customer for 48 years. This collection the luxe 11 is not the same quality as the tweed collection I started out with many years ago. However it is worthy ! Hartman stands behind their products so if a handle breaks, leather tears etc, you send it back to them and they fix it. Like old times in the consumer world. It is not a throw away suitcase like all the others. It will last for years to come. Love it.

Smart Purchase

Love this suitcase - cannot believe how much it holds. I use packing cubes and this luggage is perfect for a 7-12 day trip (of course packing styles are varied). For overseas trips I use the matching carry-on luggage with it. The structure makes it sturdy but still glides through airports. The medium size is very easy to handle. I love it!

Poor lock system

The lock system is odd. Over time we are concerned the will be broken with airport handlers. Like the weight and wheels.
