So many compartments
I never really invested in fine luggage before now and boy is it worth it! So many pockets to keep items like toiletries separated. And the Safari color is so classy.

Not as advertised
I bought this item online from a department store retailer. I have to travel a lot with my work computer. Using a backpack was hurting my neck, so I wanted to purchase an underseat bag. I settled on this one over a few other items because I liked the color best. When I opened the package the color was so different that I turned to my husband and said, "I don't think this is what I bought." Turns out it was what I bought, but the chic tan color I was expecting is actually more of a yellow-green that I find to be quite ugly. Because it rolls nicely and fits my items well, I decided it wasn't worth the hassle of returning it. That was the wrong choice. On my first flight with this bag, after maneuvering it under the seat, I was told that it is actually "luggage" and had to be put overhead. I specifically bought this item so that I WOULD NOT have to put it overhead. Now that I've used it, I'm stuck with a bag in a color that wasn't accurately described and that can't be used for the function that I purchased it for. Very disappointing.

Very Satisfied
I love nice luggage, and was looking for something high quality that would lessen the weight of my load, especially when I take short trips. This luggage does the trick, as it is light, easy to handle, yet is just big enough to fit everything I need. It is also easy to lift into an airplane overhead bin. It comes with a few extra features like a easy access side pocket (with USB plug for backup battery) and a nice front area for papers, brochures, and other items needed for my trips. I was pleasantly surprised at how much room there is in this smaller package. This is the first Hartmann luggage I have purchased (my other luggage is Tumi and Briggs & Riley) and I feel the quality is up to par with both of them. I am quite particular about the materials used, including the zippers and the wheels. All were excellent! Great job Hartmann, I am sure I will be purchasing other luggage from you as I feel the price vs. value is outstanding.

ATTRACTIVE AND WELL MADE!
This is so much better in person. The color is not so yellow as the photo displays. The material is waterproof and their is a great place for a tablet and the plug in usb port. I wish I had the tablet! In fact, my phone is also out of order with stores closed. I LOVE THIS BAG AND WILL ORDER THE LARGER SIZE FOR TRAVEL. THE ONE I ORDERED FITS UNDER THE SEAT, BUT IT IS A SHORT TRIP SUITCASE, SAY TWO CHANGES OF CLOTHING AND SHOES.
Hazardous Chemical Warning
You should have provided a way for the consumer to obtain more information about the hazardous chemical warning attached to the luggage. I love the luggage but I am seriously considering returning it.
