horrible shipping

thankfully the earringd came safe but the shipping was a nightmare. i ordered before christmas and was informed itd arrive at most two days after christmas. then the date passed and was told two days after the 27th. i reached out for help and was told a different date and eventually it came unexpectedly. there was zero tracking information available.
