Too fragile

It broke the same day. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loved it, but I broke the same day! Very disappointing.

I ordered two of these and only received one. I call customer service and they refunded me what I never received. It was supposed to be a gift for my twin girls. So annoyed that someone who packaged this did not pay attention to the order. FYI… Item is very dainty but cute.

Heart cut-out band necklace

I love my Necklace.

The chain was knotted in store but employee took it out. When I opened on Christmas it again had a knot in it. Seems to me there's something wrong with the chain.

Pretty necklace, but very thin and when it arrived, it was so raveled up I had to return it.

Not happy customer

This is a cute piece but definitely not worth the money. My chain popped two days later. Will never buy jewelry from Macy’s again!
