disappointed in quality

I bought chair for husband due to total knee repair. It looks nice, power lift and recline. Have not useed heat or vibration. He never slept in chair due to being uncomfortable. Less than 3.5 months of light use, the chair is breaking down and leaning to the right. The cattywapus lean is unattractive and is now awkward to sit in. We were hoping to use this chair for a few years. Very disappointed in the quality!
