Hello Kitty 7-Pack Cotton Underwear, Little Girls & Big Girls

I bought these because of the pictures prints but you do NOT get what is pictured.

Got these because they are all cotton but they are horribly sized. All of them are different sizes in one pack and bad cotton too!! Customer Service offered no resolution either. As a long time Macy's customer - more disappointed in customer service than product.

I'm very confused as to what's going on here.. I read a previous review and decided to give it a whirl despite her saying that what you see isn't what you get. I figured since this was in 2018, I'm sure Macy's would've gotten it together by now. Nope! I don't want the ones I received! I want what I seen online with burgers and fries. What's the deal with these undies Macy's??

For the uninitiated, you should know that there are many many varieties of Hello Kitty undies. I opted to order these Hello Kitty undies from Macy's because of the patterns in the photo and because I thought it might be nice to throw a few bucks in their direction as opposed to ordering from you know who. The package we received did not match the photo at all. It was a lighter, brighter, sunflower theme. Snooze. We wanted the red ones. Curiously, Macy's doesn't even have a photo of what we received on their website. I don't have the time or energy to do more chasing after the ones I wanted, but suffice it to say, I will no longer go out of my way to order from Macys. Buyer beware. If you are picky about your Hello Kitty patterns, shop elsewhere.

So Cute! I bought these for my daughter who is 40# and 40 inches tall. They’re a little baggy in the butt but they fit great in the waist!

Purchase this set for my granddaughter and she love them. She had full coverage with room to spare.
