PLEASE MAKE SURE LUMBER CAN BE ADJUSTED TO SUIT

Bought this recliner in December 1, 2018. First the padding is stiff and hard making it very uncomfortable for sitting. The reason it is so uncomfortable is that the Lumbar support cannot be adjusted to suit me. The lumber is pre-adjusted, and it is very difficult to make a proper adjustment.

BEST RECLNER EVER!

This recliner is a JOY to use! It is comfortable, easy to use and the features make it fit to your body. I especially like the headrest lumbar support and how you can angle them to fit your needs . The cupholders and storage areas come in handy for having everything you need right at your fingertips! Highly recommend this recliner.

Helston Leather Triple Power Recliner

Great Chair. I am 6'-2" tall and the chair fits me in all recliner positions. Adjustable headrest is particularly useful when largely reclined and watching TV. Saves your neck. Adjustable lumbar will be cherished by anyone with a tired back.

Don't buy

Bought this recliner in November. First the padding is stiff and hard making it very uncomfortable for sitting. The leather tears very, very easy. It is so thin, I think it is pleather rather than leather. Lastly, we are already having problems when reclining. It feels like it is going to pop out of place. Thank goodness I bought the repair plan. I will be calling so for service after having it for 2 months.
