The toaster is not what it looks like it will be. If you set the toaster to the maximum setting the toast barely gets brown. I am taking it back to the store next week. Junk

Don’t judge book by the cover

This toaster is pretty. However, sometimes it takes couple tries to toast bread no matter what setting dial is on. Disappointed because I spent a lot of money to get better quality toaster. Only had it for a month.

Dissapointed

I bought the toaster and matching kettle returned both. The kettle rusted within a couple of days use and when you turn the toaster up to get a nice color on your toast it burnt and set my smoke alarm off
