Is it a defect?

This pan has a crown in the center. The crown is placing the cooking to the side as to not burn the center of the food to be evenly cooked. I am not sure if this is a "pan defect" or how this product is supposed to work, but clearly not my cooking style. I have contacted Hestan to ask this question but no reply for the past several days. I put my hopes and paid too much money for this pan, to find it is not correct. Waiting for a reply from Hestan before it is returned to Macys. My review is not positive

I purchased the Titanium Sauteuse

I purchased the Titanium Sauteuse pan and have used it several times. Using the NanoBond Cleaner to finish up with really makes my the pan look brand new again & again. Easy to use...love it. Thank You Hestan 😊

Fantastic sauteuse

Great price and fast delivery. The pan is beautifully made. Easy to clean due to titanium coating. It is stick resistant, not no-stick. Sears great! Very versatile. I like that you can finish in the oven or roast in the pan. I wish they made a large size (6 qt)
