Heirloom Skillets
I thought my carefully kept cast iron would be the only cookware I would pass down to my grandchildren. Not so. These clad stainless steel skillets are exceptional and durable. These pans heat evenly and quickly which means everything cooks evenly. The handles are solid, tight, and comfortable. And they are quite a bit easier to clean and pick up…They are simply fantastic to cook with.

Buying More
I bought two pans as a test purchase and now that I am a few months in, I am buying a set. Best cookware I have ever owned!

Great upgrade
It was time to upgrade from cheaper non-stick options to something much higher quality. Very pleased and currently buying more. We have used induction for many years and these were great upgrades.

MAM
So far i like it for frying eggs and bacon but I’m still cautious in using it as I feel that I'm going to scratch it.

The nonstick texture wasn’t that
The nonstick texture wasn’t that smooth and took a bit of scrubbing to clean

RAD PANS
I've been looking for a sick pair of nonstick pans with bevelled shaved rivets for a very long time. tried a bunch of brands that don't last long and just plain suck. Especially Hexclad, wasted money on those pans twice.

As good as a stainless steel pan with the benefit
These are my go to pans that I use daily, so they remain on the stovetop. I use the 8-1/2” almost daily and I am impressed with the heat conductivity. Although they’re nonstick, they conduct heat very well, actually too well. I have had to learn not to go above medium heat, medium high is too hot and will burn whatever you’re cooking. At least compared with other nonstick pans I have used. Also, the nonstick is a learning curve. It is a textured surface, a little oil or butter goes a long way, my food never sticks. These pans heat so well, it will have fond(brown bits) in the bottom for sauces. Traditional nonstick won’t really have them to deglaze the pan. I find it acts more like a metal pan than a nonstick, which I like a lot. Searing food is possible in nonstick so you won’t have to pull out the cast iron or stainless steel to achieve a comparable crust on your protein .
