Beautiful and versatile

I am freaking overjoyed

I’m a 40-year-old woman who has owned nothing but ugly, stained, warped sheet pans my entire life. And not because I’ve bought cheap ones — go have a sniff at those fancy GoldTouch ones. These are the first sheet pans I’ve owned that don’t warp, that are almost impossible to stain (thanks to a little BarKeeper’s friend), and I feel like a freaking chef opening my fridge to see a chicken dry-aging on one of these fancy bad boys. I’m replacing all of my sheet pans with Hestan. They’re a little heavy, yes, but they are sturdy and substantial and these things should outlive me. First month of (heavy) use has been awesome for everything from roasting meat and veggies to baking cookies. Flawless. Why didn’t I buy these sooner?

The best stainless steel

I have tried many stainless steel sheets and this is worth the price. They do not warp, and clean easily after. They are heavier than others but well worth it as the quality is great. Highly recommend!!
