I'm a size 12 but 13 is perfect for me

I use these after work lounging around. I got size 12 but I had to go up a size since my actual size was too tight. But I wear my 13s everyday

First pair and definitely won't be the last!!!

I have always wanted a pair but hesitant because I could never try them on anywhere first, so I read lots of reviews on how they fit and WOW!!! I love them, I want another pair!!!

Customer support and shipping sucks

Customer service is beyond sub par. They don't seem to care about the customer at all. I don't know if their apathy is present company wide but their fulfillment department is as bad as customer support. Takes them 10 days to just ship the shoes out? Are they lazy or incompetent? Even if I loved the shoes, which are not amazing, I would never buy from them again. I'm sure they don't need my money, that was obvious in my interaction with them.

Way too small

Had to return. I wear a 15 and when I find a shoe I like in a 15, I purchase them since they are hard to find. These 15s are more like a 13.5 - 14. I've never had to return any size 15 shoe until now. I was really disappointed since I really liked them.
