Performance A+

Received soon after ordering is a major plus! The luggage pieces are quality durable material which is essential for school sport activities. And. everything same as advertised. No bad surprises here.

Disappointed

I was disappointed, no pockets on the inside and no way to stand it up unless leaning it on a wall

Parts fell off this bag the first time I used it.

I bought this bag this winter and used it for the first time a few weeks later. After retrieving the bag from the luggage carrousel and going to our hotel, we noticed that one of the supports on the bottom side of the bag had come off. We then realized the zipper pull on the interior lining was also missing. It is apparently not well built.

Warranty registration & damaged bag issues.

I tried to register our bag under High Sierra's online warranty program as soon it was delivered, but the system rejected the information. Then the duffel bag lost a piece off the outside of its underside the first time we flew and checked it as baggage, and the zipper pull on the inside lining also came unattached. I emailed the manufacturer about these issues when we returned from our travels, but I have not yet heard anything from them. I hope they will be responsive.
