Returning it. Read the reviews. I am thin and small busted, A cup, and this was remarkably tight across the chest. Almost could not get into it and once I did it looked completely inappropriate.

This Dress is Sewn Funny

I should have heeded another reviewer's opinion about the way that this dress is put together. The middle tier/row is sewn so that the dress doesn't flow, but instead, turns in. It makes the dress puff out just where your tummy is. I'm not returning it, but I probably won't wear it.

Overall runs small and the middle tier is cut too small and it puckers in, instead of letting the tiers flow out
