Quality

Love the color but poor quality started piling after wearing it for one day.

tooo short

I am not so tall but the sweater is extremely short, I was very disappointed because I went to the store to return it and they told me no because it is last act.

Too short for me and had to return. Looked nice in picture but not suitable for a 50+ year old like me.

Return on the Macy's website is not available

I received this sweater day before yesterday. Because it does not fit right, I wish to return it. But, the web's Return section has not been working since yesterday. And the Customer Service department is not available. I could not find help like I did before. Is anyone experiencing the same problem?
