With the support of donors like you and through the CREAR Futuros program, Hispanic Federation prepares thousands of Latino students to enroll in and succeed at college, achieve personal and professional goals, and build leadership skills that will serve them throughout their lives. Your contribution helps Hispanic Federation provide new hope and expanded opportunities for young Latino student leaders. Since 1999, Macy’s and its customers have donated more than $3.7 million to Hispanic Federation, empowering over 23,000 Latino young adults through mentorship, training, and confidence development. Macy’s La Voz Latino Colleague Resource Group has also supported digital skilling initiatives and enabled HF-Macy’s volunteer efforts.
