Very nice ornament, but it's broken

I love Macy’s and have been a customer for many years. Sadly, the ornament arrived broken. I ordered two hoping one would arrive safely.

Sweet ornament

Although my ornament arrived with a leg broken off, I was able to repair her easily. Cute ornament, especially for a ballet lover. Nicely sized!

Cute ...But

Purchased this as a gift and had it shipped to the recipient. It was so cute. Even the recipient thought it was very cute. However, sad to say it arrived broken. The delicate ornament was wrapped in tissue paper inside a box. Most delicate ornaments are usually shipped in a molded plastic enclosure which is then placed inside a box. Poor planning either on the manufacturer or the shipper. Must now return it.

Break a Leg and a hand!

I love the look of this ornament but I am severely disappointed in Macy’s. I should have opened the box as soon as it came but I held onto it since there were still several weeks until we were going to see the Nutcracker and it was going to be a gift. Opened it today to find that the ballerina’s leg is broken and website says there are no more in stock so it can’t be exchanged. Thought, “well maybe I can just glue the leg back on,” and then discovered that the ballerina’s hand is broken too! And the missing hand is not even in the package, so she was already broken before they even sent it to me. Bah humbug!!
