Arrived Broken

I was so excited to receive this nutcracker, unfortunately I could tell from the condition the box arrived in with no bubble wrap or other wrap to keep the internal box from crashing around I knew it was going to be damaged before I opened the box. it arrived with a broken nose and arm. To make matters worse I tried to order a replacement and it is no longer available. This isn’t the first time Macys has done a crappy job of package items for shipment and I’ve received my items damaged.
