Oddly made

This looks nice except for the really weird plastic "thing" sticking out of the "J". It resembles the plastic opening to an inflatable, floating device. Have no idea what purpose it serves other than making the ornament less desirable. I will be returning these.

I bought this as a stocking stuffer for my daughter, and it is beautiful, puffy and colorful and very very nice quality.
