Lowest height setting too high and loud massager!

This chair is ok but not good quality and doesn't work for me or shorter people. I am 5'5 and my feet do not fully touch the floor on the lowest height setting. The pleather was stitched over a pucker on one of the arms - that shouldn't have passed QC, and it pulled the stitch nearby so I can see a tiny hole. I see the material pulling away from the stiches in a few places which will lead to rips. The massage feature feels good, however the highest setting sounds horrendous. Also depending on how you sit, it gets very loud on lower settings (note I only weigh 153). The main seat and back pleather is not tightly formed to the chair, so it got wrinkled in the box and the chair looks all crumpled and not smooth. The pleather armrests are sticking to my arms so I had to cover it with socks, and to my utter chagrin the armrests do not adjust in height at all - I chose this chair because usually this type of armrest swivels upwards. Overall do not recommend.

Worth every penny

you can't beat this for the price. I got the pink one for my home office. easy assemble Took about 30 minutes the quality is excellent and the faux leather is smooth and not tacky feeling it's slightly adjustable not a bunch of options but I don't need 30 different angles. the massager only has a few choices but it's perfect for a little relaxation. I only wish the massager went up higher in the back but I got a neck wrap massager so that works perfect at first the massager was really loud and rattled the chair but I just tightened the bolts and it quieted down cushions are really comfy seriously can't beat the price I'm very happy
