Neglects lumber area

I'm 5'4" tall. I scooted my body all the way to the bottom like the person in the pics, but I had to move around for the air pockets to be in the right places. Most of the action was concentrated on the upper back, didn't hit the lumbar area as much and that is where I really need it. I was hoping this would roll, like the table in the chiropracter's office, but it just inflates/deflates in one area, before moving on to the next.

Love it

I love the stretching mat I'm in league bowling three timer a week and I use it before and after I come home from bowling it stretches my back just right and I feel much relaxed.

Would But Again

After long days of sitting at a desk this product is great in that it stretches out and opens up your back with its various cycles. Good for those with back pain and tightness.

Absolutely Adore This Mat!!!!!

I love this mat so much!!! I play a lot of sports and I need to stretch out, and this mat really helps me with that. Not only that it feels so relaxing. I really recommend this to people who have back problems. Absolutely worth it.

Amazing

I absolutely love this back stretcher. I have upper back and middle back pain and occasionally lower back pain and with this back stretcher. I feel absolutely amazing after, You can really feel the release of tension.
