Great pain reliever

So happy when i got my delivery. My back was hurting from working the assembly line at work. WOw,i was in seventh heaven. This works miracles on my pain.

It works

It works, not as hot as I would like, cheap seat cushion, your head does not touch the head rest provided. Not made of high quality material, vinyl not high quality

Great when it worked

I had the same issue as Phoenix1 reviewed, however, even though the nodes were painful when first using after adjusting my body I found it was able to alleviate major knots in my upper back. Very disappointed when it malfunctioned.

I am returning

I have had back massagers for years. This one just didn’t work for me. I like the ones that go up and down your back. This one just stays in one spot so I didn’t feel like I got the benefit that I’m used to with these products. I am returning it.
