Quit after 2 nights
Purchased, thought it was great first couple of nights but now it will do nothing. Light is on but no mist.

Compact and effective
This is great for small spaces or portability. It has been effective for my son to use as a personal humidifier during his recent cough. The cough improved after he started using it. It runs throughout the night and provides ample mist. It does create wet surfaces around it, so I make sure to clear any electronics, plugs, or anything else I don't want getting wet. It's very easy to use and to refill. I'm happy with it.

Should be marketed as Disposable!
I bought this product a month and it worked great at first. So I bought another one o give to a friend. Both of these units are now in a puddle of water overnight. I have just replaced the filter and figured I would buy more but its still the same and now is hard to turn on as well and changing the filter did not work. There is hardly any mist coming out of it. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!

Great, but needs improvement
I have used this for 2 weeks! It give off lots of mist and is exceptionally quiet! The only reason I gave it a low review is because so much condensation runs down from the top, that by the morning there’s a pool of water on my counter! Do I have a faulty one, or is this how it operates?

Save your coins
Bought two of these and didn't even gets 10nights worth of usage on them. Flimsy product. Would not recommend. Couldn't return because I threw away the packaging soon after opening, yes I had that much faith

Works very well
I’ve used this now over two winters and it is reliably good. The one or two times it didn’t go right away were easily remedied with an adjustment either to the water level or the closure. I would buy it again. Came to the website to see how I can maintain it in good repair as I can’t find the manual.

Had this one week and it stopped working
My daughter bought this for me as a gift. I followed directions and it worked well for the first week. Stopped working completely on day 8. To pricey for such little use.

We are sorry to hear this. We recommend cleaning the humidifier spout with a 50/50 vinegar and water solution and a cotton swab. We recommend the wick be fully soaked for 5 minutes before turning the humidifier on. If this does not resolve the issue, please return the humidifier to the place of purchase or contact Consumer Relations at cservice@homedics.com for assistance.
Stopped working after less than 5 months
I loved this product and it worked great until it stopped working. The mist was strong and provided moisture to my bedroom. I used it at night to for health and breathing issues. It worked great. Then it stopped working. The button will not turn on. I tried all the troubleshooting in the manual and still won’t work. I can’t even go to store to return it since we are in a stay at home quarantine due to COVID19. I went with the Homedics brand after lots of research and it is a well known trusted brand. I am very disappointed in this product.
