Mart martches towels but too thin

Although the mat is a prefect match for the towels, it is thin and not very comfortable to stand on with bare feet.

Colors aren’t consistent at all

I purchased 1 large rug and 2 small ones online. I picked the “Cloud” color. They shipped separately with the larger one arriving first. It was the same color I had seen in store. The 2 smaller ones arrived the following week and although they were the same color “Cloud”, they were much lighter so looked like a different color. I called Macys customer service # and they confirmed that they were supposed to be the same color but couldn’t offer any explanation or guarantee that if they sent two more out, that they’d be same color. ???? Quality control issue??? Needless to say, I will be returning them all since I’d like all the bath mats to match. Frustrating!

Bath Mat

Very disappointing. Currently have what should be the same bath mat but the one just delivered looked like a dirty old white, was not made half as well, looks like it was laying in a warehouse for years.

High end rugs.

Beautiful rugs to go in my new bathroom. Well made and easy to wash. I always air dry my rugs. Touch up in the drier for 10 minutes on low. Soft on my feet.
