Look elsewhere. These are not as good as before

I bought these sheets in December and noticed pilling in March! I decided to purchase these sheets again because I have a set that I purchased over a decade ago and used daily for almost 3 years. I am so disappointed with whatever changes have been made. I do not consider this to be a high-end product as the price tag and marketing would indicate. The pilling continues to become worse and I really should have just purchased a set of sheets from Target to be getting this type of wear. I follow all care instructions.

Hotel Collection has lowered their quality

I have bought the Hotel collection 1000 THD count 3x over the years. This past purchase is significantly inferior. Pills after just 3 washes. Quality of the cotton is less soft than past. They reduced the depth of the deep pockets as well. I hold the new sheet to the light along side my older set and more light transmits thru the new set. Save your money and get the Purity Home Egyptian Sateen cotton. Very disappointing.
