Best support and comfortable bed

The best bed for the money so far. Expensive but worth it for structure and comfort. I needed mattress like this one for my back

Great mattress and great customer service!

After having a problem with he first mattress I purchased (different brand) this one is great so far. Very firm as we like it and comfortable. I like that it is cream and doesn't have designs on the ticking. The salesperson who helped me in Wellington, FL , Lori was outstanding and even sent me a text the day after delivery to make sure we were happy. For anyone who likes a firm mattress, this is a good choice.

Great firm mattress

We have only slept in the bed less than a week, but impressed with the quality and comfort. We prefer a firm mattress, so this fits the bill. Very supportive.This is the 2nd Hotel Collection mattress we purchased (first one we had for 15 years) and very happy with the mattress.

POOR QUALITY -- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have the 2016 version of this mattress -- 4 years old and already sagging. Bed belongs to my parents in their mid to late 80's. Neither are heavy but the mattress is showing major wear. Worry-No-More cover is a joke. My elderly father had an accident that leaked straight through the protector. The tech said the mattress cover was flaking and that caused the leak. The Warranty company offered to "clean" the stain with chemicals. Apparently, "ODOR" is NOT considered a "covered item" so we're stuck with a very expensive mattress that smells like urine. I declined the chemical cleaning because of my parents’ poor health. We actually HAD a WATERPROOF mattress pad that would have handled the accident but Macy's insisted this cover was bulletproof and the mattress would be totally covered. Beware of the mattress and especially the warranty. I have bought mattresses at Macy's for the past 15+ years -- this is my LAST Macy's mattress. Poor quality and HORRIBLE customer service. Shame on you!

These are the best firm mattresses. I sleep all night. The best quality is sold by Hotel Collection.

I'm in love

I am so glad that I chose this mattress. Quality is superb. I took the advice of a very knowledgeable sales associate at our local Macys and bought the Hotel Brand. This mattress is extra firm and exactly what I wanted.

No aching bones in the morning!

Very comfortable. I like the additional height of this mattress, but I am a tall woman. We ordered extra firm, and it is very firm--my husband's choice. I probably would have been happier with a firm mattress. I do get a solid night's sleep on it.
