Perfect firmness and comfort

The firmness was perfect , tried at the store and when it was delivered to the home it was better than I had thought. The memory foam mattress that I had previous didn't provide any type of real support like this one. Very satisfied and restful.

I will never purchase anything from MACYS again

Mattress is Painfully uncomfortable. Does not feel like the same mattress I tried in store. 50% Restocking fee is Outrageous. I will never purchase anything from MACYS again.

Heavenly at last!

I cannot believe that I am so excited about a new mattress. My old mattress was like a hammock, so this time I got the UltraFirm, and I could not be happier. It is perfect, and the adjustable base tops it off. Great buy!!
