Delivery

Still waiting to be delivered. Scheduled to be delivered two weeks ago and was trying to get a certificate of insurance (my condo building requires). It was very difficult to get hold of someone, who could understand what a certificate of insurance is. I called every day for a week, was given different email addresses to send the insurance requirements, but they were fake. Finally, got hold of someone, who asked me to read the requirements. It took another hour and half to read it and spell out almost every word. Finally, it's a scheduled delivery day, but when I checked with my building's manager, she said that she didn't receive the coi I requested. Again, couldn't get hold of anyone. The delivery man called me in the morning of the scheduled delivery and notified me that he was on his way. I asked if he had a coi, he said that he just delivering and doesn't know anything about it. Although, during one of my many conversations with customer service, I was told that a driver will have it with him. I said that he will not be allowed to deliver it, but he came anyway. Very frustrating, waisted days of my time... will never purchase anything at Macy's again.

They say they cannot tell it is a stain. So no replacement for now
