Very pleased with the Macy's mattress department

Very knowledgeable assistance from our sales associate, Devon. Large selection to include accessories. The mattress is very comfortable and supportive, to include the edges. The delivery was very efficient, with exceptional communication.

Right decision

Shopping for a mattress is like taking an educational course as the choices seem to be endless. Thanks to the training and expertise provided by the sales associate at Paramus Park Mall Macy’s, we made the right decision after visiting a mattress store. No more backaches, great night’s sleep!

Too firm

This mattress felt amazing in the showroom, but when I tried to sleep on it it was way too firm. If you like a firm mattress this is for you.
