Unmatched comfort

This Hotel Collection mattress is both supportive and supremely comfortable. From the first night we received it, sleep comes easily and fast. This is my first Hotel Collection bed, but is now the brand I'll always turn to when we need more for our household. Thanks Macy's for offering Hotel Collection.

Amazing look and feel

I am so glad I chose this mattress. It has great support and the exterior is very appealing compared to other’s I have purchased in the past. Very happy and sleeping through the night!

All that I ever wanted in a mattress

I am extremely pleased with this mattress. It has all the features that I have ever wanted in one. It is a very firm mattress, but also has cushioning provided by the euro top (which I love, because of its seamless look due to it being sewn to the mattress itself). The cooling gel keeps it from getting too hot. It is extremely quiet and has very (almost no) transfer of motion when my husband moves or gets in or out of bed (no more getting woken up at night!). With the low profile base, it is exactly the same height as my previous mattress, while providing much more comfort and features. The mattress did have a "new mattress" smell, but that dissipated within a few weeks. It was not a bad smell, but it did have one. Since we've had it, the mattress conformed to our bodies, which made it even more comfortable. I am a side sleeper, and my husband is a back sleeper, and this mattress is very comfortable for both of us. I love this mattress, and I look forward to going to sleep on it at night. It is wonderful, and I would definitely recommend it.
