WORST SERVICE WARNING!!!!! Bed delivered 2 weeks ago. NO PAD they make you buy. They promissed it would be here next day. THEY SHIPPED IT GROUND!!! STILL NOT HERE AFTER NUMEROUS 1 HOUR PHONE CALLS. THE SUPERVISOR NOW SENDING A MESSAGE TO TRACE PACKAGE WILL TAKE 2 DAYS FOR TRACKING # FOR LOST PACKAGE. WILL NOT SEND REPLACEMENT. I HAVE TO CALL TO FOLLOW!!!! HAVE SPENT HOURS ON PHONE. THEY HAVENT EVEN CONTACTED ME EXCEPT FOR THIS REVIEW. THE WORST.

When I received this mattress I was worried that I was going to have problems, because one day before, I got surgery, and remembered that the sales person told me the mattress needed to be broken down. My first night was awesome and the bed was firm but soft enough for movement after my surgery. I am in love.

***BEWARE*** there are two very similar names mattresses. They could not be more different. One is the Coppertech Silver Firm Lux-top. The other one is Coppertech Silver "Luxury" firm Lux-top. They both look the same. Both hand stuffed. Both have a pillow top. Both are firm. Both use top quality materials. The difference is the composition. The Lux-top firm has the following: 41% Polyurethane foam pad 31% Latex foam rubber 23% Visco foam 3% Blended polyester fiber The "LUXURY" Firm Lux-top composite is as follows: 48% Polyurethane foam pad 25% Visco foam 22% Látex foam rubber 3% Blended polyester fiber. If you look at this you will see the Luxury Firm has 20% more Poly foam pad, 30% less Látex and about 10% more Visco. We had the Silver Firm mattress and it was not good for us. Contacted Macy's and finally received the correct one we ordered and it is a game changer. It cradles you, supports you and the comfort is excellent. Make sure you order the correct one! Enjoy the zzz's!
