Lost a great customer

I purchased two mattresses from Macy’s. The Hotel collection I like but the mattresses ended up being too firm. I asked for the softer version or willing to upgrade and your policy is 15% restocking plus another delivery charge. You have lost a great customer. Look at my records.

I regret this purchase

I have been sleeping on this mattress for 3.5 weeks. The saleswoman said that I could use a platform support with this mattress (no need for box springs). Well, it feels like we are on a boat in the night. If either of us rolls, coughs, or sneezes it wakes the other partner up. I don't think even box springs could fix this problem. Also, this mattress is so firm that both of us (side sleepers) wake up with pain, and our arms tingling and numb. Now for the returns process. Also, Macys charges 15% restocking fee, and $99 non-refundable delivery fee. I wished I would have known that before I purchased from this store.

Best mattress I have ever purchased.

The bed is terrific. It provides the right support and when I or my husbands moves we do not feel the other person move in the bed. The firmness of the mattress is perfect too. I feel like I am sleeping on one the luxurious hotel mattresses I have slept in in expensive hotels. I have that every day at home. I love it.

Heaven on earth!

I waited and shopped for months seeking the perfect mattress. This Aireloom fit the bill! I like a firm mattress with european down feel. Tough to find for less than $10k. Thanks to Napoleon at Macy's in Scottsdale ... I found the perfect mattress!
