Much firmer than floor model!

It does feel like a premium mattress but unfortunately, even sleeping on it for 6 months, it has still not broken in near to the softness levels of the in store floor model that we fell in live with. We even had a tech come out and make sure it was the correct mattress and measure it. Unfortunately, the tech only measures for sagginess which wasn't the problem, especially with a brand new mattress. It must be poor manufacturing standards at the factory. There's no reason why after this amount of time our mattress would feel so different than the same model that we tried at two different Macy's. Disappointed.
