Fantastic sofa for a big family!

We're a family of 5 and between me, my husband + the 3 big boys, movie time was getting a bit tight on our previous sectional. This sofa makes it feel like we're all in different parts of the room! Huge, comfortable and almost like a twin bed when the back support pillows are removed... great for sleepovers. Love that when separate, you can't see the hardware that attaches the sectional as the latches are hidden beneath each piece. Highly recommend this for big families or anyone who wants a serious lounging space!

Great looks but odd dimensions and lacks quality.

We pushed our budget and decided on the hotel collection sectional, thinking the quality would be outstanding. The look is top-notch, and it looks quality. Unfortunately, the couch is poorly designed with quite a few flaws. First of all, the feathers keep coming out. I have to vacuum daily to pick up the feathers. Second, within a week, it started to sink in certain spots, and we are two adults with a maximum weight of 170 lbs for my husband. Third, we did not realize the couch is short and deep. As a result, as a 5'7'' tall woman, my legs are too long to sit comfortably (reaches my upper calf), but not long enough to reach the back of the couch. You need to place several pillows to have any back support. We purchase it right before the COVID pandemic outbreak, and it was a nightmare trying to get someone on the phone to deal with this issue. As a result, we are stuck with an uncomfortable, overpriced couch with no option to exchange.
