Very Firm Mattress

This mattress is HARD! I’ve had it for a few months and it hasn’t broke in, at all.

Too Firm

Very firm. Not plush as the description states. I like that it’s flippable but wouldn’t purchase again because of it’s firmness.

This mattress is the best!

This mattress is so comfortable! I needed a replacement for my 15-year old mattress and this one is perfect! You can feel the difference after the first night. Definitely follow the instructions that it comes with! I did not know you needed to flip the mattress over once every month for the first six months, then twice a year after that! This is why other mattresses don't last. Now I know. The brand is so soft and plush. 10/10 would recommend!

Such a disappointment...do not buy!

This mattress started to dip within months of purchase. Macy's sent a furniture technician who arrived with a pencil tied to a card board by a string. (not kidding). The technician put the card board in the middle of the mattress and eyeballed how far the pencil and string fell from the cardboard. Macy's said that the mattress from this process dipped "only an inch" on the edges and this is within acceptable guidelines and said 1) they could not warranty the mattress and 2) can send another technician in a few months. So, the center of the mattress is higher than sides, and it's just awful to sleep on a sloping mattress. Super disappointed in the quality and Macy's customer service.
